We became aware that Cocoa had a joey in the pouch about two thirds of the way through April 2006. We weren't
sure that she would be up to the responsbilities of motherhood, but she has proven herself more than competent.
Cocoa is a determined and fierce protector and teacher, not at all afraid to take a running leap at possums
considerably larger and stronger than herself.
